RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Trendora accepts return requests within 30 days after you receive your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.

• The item must include its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO START A RETURN

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For standard returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Trendora will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another suitable solution, as required by applicable law.

Please do not send any item back until you have received return instructions from us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at ahmedsandhu032@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging so that we can review and resolve the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be returned, including:

• Perishable goods.

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Opened personal-care or hygiene products.

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

• Gift cards.

These exclusions apply only where permitted by law. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be returned.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. After the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return according to this policy.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return eligible online purchases within 14 days after receiving them, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

This legal right does not reduce our 30-day return policy or any other statutory consumer rights.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
